- Wellness data (weight, sleep, HRV)
- Calendar events and planned workouts
- Training library items

We use your data to:
- Display and manage your training schedule
- Create and sync workouts with Intervals.icu
- Provide training analytics and insights

- Your OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties
